The conference will help you address the challenges of providing care to individuals with chronic kidney disease within a variety of clinical settings across the continuum of kidney disease therapies. Nutrition is a challenge for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). An even bigger challenge presents for patients who have both CKD and DM. Ms. Smith, an expert at working with these two patient populations, shares her expertise in planning for the nutritional needs of patients.
