Hometown America has focused all its efforts on stealing the money of seniors.  ELS has bought out most of Hometown's 'useless' properties.  They have bigger plans and cash at hand. They are entangled with FedEx and Hometown, too.  Sell your stock FAST. FYI, you will pay less taxes per year on a home and land you actually own than with one of these plasticized community properties. A $600 per month lot fee with a neighbor you can hear doing baby talk to their cat or hearing major diarrhea spurts is what ELS is all about. ELS is no China.
