Cherry, Cheese, and Ham Chicken Recipe

Cherry, Cheese, and Ham Chicken Recipe
Looking for something different to do with those dull, boring boneless, skinless chicken breasts? Layer them with cherry preserves, top with Gouda cheese and fresh sage or basil leaves, then wrap in thin-sliced ham to bake in the oven. No more bland white meat, and the layers look so pretty sliced on the plate. It is quite simple to prepare but looks so elegant and tastes even better than it looks. If you do not care for cherries or Gouda, I've included some substitution suggestions. You can even substitute a turkey ham, if need be. Most importantly, do not overcook. This recipe is sure to become a favorite.
